Peer Support Mentorship
Common questions about Peer Support are answered here.

What does Peer Support mean?
Peer Support is a way for people with similar experiences to support each other. At We've Network, our Peer Support Mentors understand neurodivergence and the differences it makes in someone's life. This makes us uniquely qualified to work with our Members.

What does Mentorship look like?
Peer Support services are delivered with a multi-layered approach. Activities and plans for the day are usually driven by the Member themself. The goals set forth by the Member and their care team inform the Peer Support Mentor on the overall aim of their time together.

How do I get started?
We can guide you through the process of getting set up with services, but it all begins with a Member Referral. This can be done by you, but may also be done by a Personal Agent or Case Manager. Please fill out the Member Referral Form below to see if you qualify for services with us.
